After Trinamool Congress came to power in the state in 2011, three such meets have already taken place in Kolkata, he said.
Banerjee will address the upcoming meet to be held on November 7.
Stung by detractors' criticisms about the Singur episode which drove away the Tatas from starting the Nano small car project following her party's agitation, her attendance at the meet was being viewed positively by many industrialists.
"Her attendance at the meet will definitely send the right signals as several prominent industrialists from outside will be present there," chairman of Ambuja Neotia Harsh Neotia said.
Similar view was echoed by Kallol Datta, Andrew Yule chairman and C K Dhanuka, chairman of Dhunseri Group.
Both felt that her presence at the meet was a good sign and would exude confidence among the businessmen to come to West Bengal.
