Bodies of couple found in UP

The bodies of a couple were today found near Babuganj railway crossing in Kunda Kotwali police station area here.

The bodies of the couple, run over by a train, were found on the Allahabad-Uchahar rail route and they were later identified as Cheddi Lal Patel (50) and his wife Phoolan Devi (48), Deputy Superintendent of Police Kunda Sukram Pal Tomar said.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination, he said, adding that investigations are on.
