Mamata congratulates Indian U-19 team for World Cup triumph

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today congratulated the Indian team for winning the U-19 cricket World Cup.

India beat Australia by eight wickets to win the U-19 World Cup in Mount Maunganui.

"Congratulations to the Indian team for winning the U-19 World Cup cricket," Banerjee wrote on Twitter.

"Keep winning. Specially proud of Ishan Porel for his performance in the semi-final and final," she added.
