"Interruption results in three to four call charges for a single call, as connections get snapped before completing conversations," Banerjee said.
"I have received such complaints. I don't know if it is because of technical fault or it is a business strategy of the operator to earn more revenue," Banerjee wondered.
Demanding immediate rectification of this error, Banerjee sought the Union Minister's help to protect the interest of the affected subscribers.
