Man arrested for allegedly trying to molest deaf & dumb woman

A man was arrested for allegedly trying to molest a deaf and dumb woman in Salt Lake area, police said today.

32-year-old Jaggu Bar was arrested after the family members of the 34-year-old deaf and dumb woman lodged a complaint with Salt Lake South police station last night alleging that Bar tried to molest her and and also mentally harassed her, the police added.
