Man crosses over into Pak territory

A man allegedly crossed over to Pakistan, but has not been handed back to Border Security Force by Pakistani authorities, a senior BSF officer said.

The man crossed the border from near Babliyan outpost on Sunday evening following which a flag meeting was held, IG BSF P C Meena said.

There is no information from Pakistan Rangers about the man, he said.

A high-level inquiry has been ordered into the matter which is of a serious nature and those found guilty will face action, he said.
