Man dead, 2 injured in firing to celebrate wedding

Some members of a marriage party fired from their weapons during reception of the guests at the bride's house last night apparently to celebrate the occasion and the bullets hit three persons, said Vikas Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Forbesganj.

While Sagamlal Bahardar (60) died on the spot, Laddu Mishra and Nandu Bahardar sustained injuries and were hospitalised.

A case has been registered in this connection.
