Man dies after motorcycle collides with police jeep
A 28-year-old man died and another seriously injured after his motorcycle collided head- on with a police jeep at Dingwahi village, a senior official said today.
Sonu along with Mohit Gupta (21) was going from Banda to Atara last evening when his motorcycle collided with Dial-100 Bolero jeep of the Uttar Pradesh Police, Additional Superintendent of Police LBK Pal said.
Sonu died on the spot while Mohit, who was seriously injured, has been admitted to a hospital, he said.
The body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem, Pal said.
