Man electrocuted after accidentally touching live wire with

A 43-year-old man was electrocuted after he came in contact with a live wire in Anuapada village in Kendrapara district of Odisha today.

Padmanabh Tripathy was plucking flower from a tree with the help of a stick when the mishap took place, the police said.

The stick accidentally came in contact with the overhead live wire and the victim, a shop owner in a nearby marketplace, died on the spot, they said.
