Man kills himself after daughter-in-law alleges harassment

A man allegedly committed suicide here following a complaint of harassment lodged by his daughter-in-law, the police said today.

Mahendra Kumar (55), resident of Chhatripura here, allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison on Friday night.

His widowed daughter-in-law had recently filed a complaint with the police, accusing him of 'mental and physical harassment', police said.
