Man sentenced to 10 yr RI for smuggling charas
A man was sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment by a local court for smuggling charas in 2008.
Additional District Judge Subedar Yadav sentenced Raju to a 10 year jail term yesterday and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on him.
According to prosecution sources, Raju was arrested with three kgs charas by Ramgaon police in 2008.
