Real estate developers' body MCHI-CREDAI today said it has partnered with Housing.Com to organise a 25-day virtual property expo from October 29, which will showcase projects of over 250 developers across the country.
MCHI-CREDAI is also hosting a four-day property exhibition from October 29 at suburban BKC, marking its silver jubilee.
"Both, the virtual and on-ground exhibitions will start on October 29. However, the virtual expo will continue for 21 days more till November 18.
"More than 250 developers across the country will exhibit their projects during the expo," MCHI-CREDAI president Dharmesh Jain told reporters here.
MCHI-CREDAI is celebrating the silver jubilee edition of the expo.
The strategic alliance with Housing.Com for three years will help accelerate developers' online presence and improve customer traction, he said.
"This alliance will enable both of us to draw great synergies from each other's strengths," he added.
The expo will also have a separate 'affordable housing' pavilion which showcases affordable projects with homes starting at Rs 10 lakh.
