Middle-aged woman set ablaze; admitted to Delhi hospital

In her complaint, Sunita Devi (40) said at least 12 people entered her home last night and poured kerosene on her before setting her on fire, police said.

The reason was said to be old enmity, they said, adding, the victim was admitted to Safdarjung hospital in Delhi.

A case of attempt to murder, criminal trespass and rioting was today registered against the accused, they said.

The matter would be probed, police said.
