Minor girl raped by neighbour in UP

An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Khothibhar area here, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday when the girl was playing outside her house in the village following which her neighbour took her to secluded place and raped her, they said.

Police has arrested the accused and sent the girl for medical examination.
