Minor reshuffle in IAS cadre in Bengal

In a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre, the West Bengal government on Tuesday appointed Pawan Kadyan as a joint secretary of the finance department.

Kadyan was the district magistrate of Nadia, a state government order said.

Vibhu Goel, CEO of Haldia Development Authority (HDA) was made the new district magistrate of Nadia, it said.

According to the order, P Harishanker, ADM Kalimpong, was named new CEO of the HDA and Siyad N, who was the joint secretary of the cooperation department, was appointed as the new ADM of Kalimpong.
