Mother commits suicide after throwing her 2 deaf kids in well

: Upset over what the future holds for her deaf children, a woman allegedly committed suicide by jumping into a well along with her two minor children at Udumalpet in nearby Tirupur district today.

Police said Kalaiselvi was distressed over the fact that her daughter Kaviprabha (13) and 10-month old boy Guhan were deaf and felt they would have a bleak future.

She jumped into the well along with her children today, police said, adding her husband found the bodies.
