Two history-sheeters were
arrested on Monday from Uttar Pradesh and 47 tola gold and Rs 3 lakh cash were recovered from them, Vile Parle police said.
Vikas alias Raja Anil Singh (27) and Angad Jhinku Kashyap (27) were held from Mau in UP, an official said, adding they they robbed houses in complexes where they joined as security guards.
"He robbed 60 tolas (each tola is 10 grams) of gold and cash from a house on February 15, a day after he joined as watchmen in the residential society. We have recovered 47 tolas gold and Rs 3 lakh cash," he said.
