State-owned construction firm NBCC India Ltd today said it has signed an agreement with Commerce Ministry to develop an office complex in the national capital at a cost of Rs 226.84 crore.
NBCC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate General of Supplies and Disposal (DGS&D) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for "planning, designing and construction of new office complex at 16A, Akbar Road, New Delhi amounting Rs 226.84 crore."
NBCC, under the administrative control of Ministry of Urban Development, is present in three main segments -- Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development and EPC Contracting.
