Nepal Army receives army equipments from India

Nepal Army (NA) today received a consignments of military hardware from India for military training purpose.

The consignment including arms and ammunitions for training purpose as well as other martial accessories to be used in bomb disposal were received today, NA said in a statement.

These military hardware were supplied by government of India as per bilateral agreement reached between Nepal and India in the past.

The military hardware arrived at a time when Nepal Army chief General Gaurav Shumsher Rana is paying an official visit to India at the invitation of Indian Army chief.

India has been supplying military equipments to Nepal as per her needs in subsidized rates.
