New directors assume charge

Indian Bank today announced that Vinod Kumar Nagar and Sriram Ramachandran have assumed charge as Shareholder Directors of the bank for a three-year period.

Nagar, hailing from Gurgaon, is a former Executive Director of Syndicate Bank who had earlier served in various capacities in Punjab National Bank while city-based Ramachandran is a Chartered Accountant, a bank press release said.

Both of them assumed charge today and will have a tenure of three years, it said.
