Niall Horan doesn't trust parents' opinions on his music

Singer Niall Horan says he never listens to his parents' opinions of his songs.

The 23-year-old Irish hunk can't go by his mother and father's comments of his songs because they always say they like everything he does, reported Contactmusic.

"It's hard to play it (for my mum). She will just be like, 'Yeah, it's great, that's great, that's great'. You just don't get an honest opinion," Horan says.

"I live with my cousin so like I'll play - if I come back from a shoot - I'll play something to him because he's got like a good ear for that kind of thing, because he'll tell me the truth if it's crap.
