Obama says he'll leave it all on the field on foreign policy

President Barack Obama says he's confident he can make significant progress on foreign policy in the next 10 months.
Obama is addressing ambassadors and other diplomats recently returned from overseas posts during a conference at the State Department.
He's describing a stay-the-course approach to continuing challenges.
