The Officers Training Academy, an establishment for training officers in the Indian Army, celebrated its 51st Raising Day here.
Lieutenant General S S Jog, the Commandant, commended the officers, combatants and civilian staff for their service, an official release said.
He also awarded scholarships to children of the civilian staff on the occasion, the release added.
Raising Day refers to the day the academy was inaugurated officially, an official said.
