C K Birla Group firm Orient Paper and Industries Ltd today said that it would raised Rs 49.75 crore through rights issue.
The board of the company, in its meeting today approved to issues 7.31 lakh equity shares having a face of Re one at a price of Rs 68.
"The rights issues committee of the company, in its meeting held today has approved allotment of 7,316,742 equity shares of face value Re 1 each at a price of Rs 68 per equity share," the company said in BSE filing.
After the fresh issue, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 2,121.86 crore.
