Pakistan is preparing an auto industry policy for the next five years to attract investment by international vehicle manufacturers.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said the government is providing incentives to the investors and hoped that the car manufacturing industry will also benefit from it.
He said that auto industry policy for the next five years is being prepared which will ensure level playing field for all the auto manufacturers, a statement released by his office said.

Meanwhile, Christoph Heusgen, Advisor to German Chancellor on foreign policy and national security called on Sharif at his official residence.
They discussed matters related to bilateral cooperation and mutual interest.
