Delhiites woke up to a partly cloudy sky this morning with the weatherman predicting possibility of dust storms and thunderstorms in some areas of the city during the later part of the day.
"The minimum temperature was recorded at 27 degrees Celsius which is normal for this part of the season. Humidity level was recorded at 42 per cent at 8:30 AM," a MeT official said.
"The sky was partly cloudy and may lead to dust storms and thunderstorms in some areas of the city," the official added.
The maximum temperature is expected to settle around 42 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, the day temperature had settled at 41.1 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.1 degrees Celsius.
