Passengers stranded for over three hours at airport

About 190 passengers bound for Kuala Lumpur from here were stranded at the Anna International Terminal for over three hours since morning due to delay in arrival of a Malaysian Airlines flight.

The flight was supposed to have landed at 10.45 AM, but arrived only at 2.00 PM, airport sources said.

It left for its onward destination at about 2.40 PM, they said.

The cause of the delay was yet to be ascertained, they said.
