Thirteen people were injured when a Thai Airways plane carrying 288 passengers and 14 crew members crash landed at Bangkok airport as it skidded off the runaway while landing.
The airline has ordered an investigation into the incident that occurred late last night.
President of the airline, Sorajak Kasemsuvan, said 13 passengers suffered minor injuries in the incident that took place at 11.20 PM (local time).

The Airbus A 330-300 had left Guangzhou with 288 passengers and 14 crew members. Some sparks were reported at the base of the right wheel, making it catch fire, he said.
Sorajak said the captain then managed to control the plane and ordered evacuation of the passengers through emergency exits.
The Airbus A330-300 was delivered to Thai Airways in March 1995.
