: A powerloom worker and his wife allegedly committed suicide at their home at Tholasampatty today, police said.
They said the couple used to frequently quarrel following which the woman would go to her father's home at a nearby village. After one such fight, she went there but was persuaded to return by her father.
This morning, he went to their home only to find them hanging in the room and immediately informed police, who seized the bodies.
The couple have a six-year-old speech imparied daughter.
