Prohibition & Excise Inspector caught taking bribe

Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today trapped a Prohibition and Excise Inspector for allegedly taking Rs 90,000 as bribe.

The Inspector was caught at his office in Musheerabad when he demanded and accepted Rs 90,000 as bribe from a complainant for doing an official favour, an ACB release said.

His identity was not revealed.
