"Everyone knows who has been exploiting the mineral resources in the state. They are the centrally-owned public sectors. Jharkhand is known as a golden state. It can climb up if it gets adequate share from its resources," Soren told reporters here.
He was replying to a query on a survey report as to why Jharkhand was at the bottom of the ladder while Bihar is in the top bracket of development index.

He also suggested a formula to benefit Jharkhand from its resources for progress.
