Punjab govt to hold agriculture training camps

The Punjab government will organise 'Agriculture Training Camps' at district level from March 14 to April 12.

Disclosing this here today, Director, Agriculture, Mangal Singh Sandhu said that experts from the Punjab Agricultural University would impart knowledge about the technique of agriculture to get maximum benefits from the latest techniques of Rabi and Kharif crops.

He said that a series of camps would start on March 14, at Rakhra in district Patiala, he said.

Latest agricultural machinery and equipment will be displayed at these camps by the government and private agencies.
