Punjab govt to recruit medical teachers

Punjab Government today approved direct recruitment of 116 professors, associate professors and assistant professors in different departments of Government Medical Colleges at Patiala and Amritsar.

These vacancies would be filled according to recruitment criteria of each department, a Medical Education and Research Department spokesperson said.

He said a Departmental Selection Committee has been constituted for this purpose.
