R P Goenka a true champion of industry: Mamata

Describing industrialist R P Goenka as a true champion of industry, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today condoled his demise.

"Today we have lost a true champion of industry," Banerjee said in her condolence message highlighting Goenka's contribution to the country.

The 83-year-old Goenka who had established RPG Enterprises in 1979 passed away this morning after a brief illness.
