Railways to meet Services in final of Handball C'ship

In the semifinals, Railways edged past Delhi 24-23 as last year's runners-up Services downed defending champions Chhattisgarh 41-31.

Earlier in the quarterfinals, host Bengal bowed to Railways 25-31. Delhi survived a scare before prevailing over Punjab 34-31 while Chhattisgarh outplayed Jharkhand 31-21 and Services eliminated Haryana 18-6.
