Rally held for united Andhra Pradesh

Leaders of the rally alleged there was a political conspiracy by the Telangana Rashtra Samiti to carve out a separate Telangana state and warned of serious consequences.

They urged all political parties to commit themselves to preserve the unity of Andhra Pradesh.

Interestingly, while Kodanda Ram of Osmania University spearheaded the agitation for a separate Telangana state, Acharya Nagarjuna University campus, Guntur, is the hub of the movement to protect Andhra Pradesh's unity.
