Ramesh Chand Tayal appointed Special DG CRPF

Senior IPS officer Ramesh Chand Tayal has been appointed as Special Director General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

Tayal, a 1980-batch IPS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre, is presently working as Additional Director General in Shashtra Seema Bal (SSB).

He will continue in his new post till further instructions, said an order issued by Appointments Committee of Cabinet.
