All arrangements, including tight security, are in place for the consecration of the famous Lord Ramanathaswamy temple here tomorrow.
The consecration would be held between 9.05 am and 11 am, Joint Commissioner of the temple S Selvaraj told reporters here today.
Devotees would be allowed to take bath in the holy wells in the temple premises from January 21, he added.
More than 1,000 police personnel would be deployed on security duty while the Coastal Security Group had been put on full alert, he said.
All vehicles entering the island would be checked at the entry point of Pamban Road Bridge.
