A promoter of Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd has purchased and pledged 63.5 lakh equity shares, according to a regulatory filing.
Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd today made a disclosure to stock exchanges with respect to "purchase and creation of pledge of equity shares" in the company.
This was carried out by promoter entity Reliance Defence Systems Pvt Ltd.
Reliance Defence and Engineering Ltd shares closed at Rs 65.9, up 3.13 per cent at the BSE.
