Remand of Saritha Nair, Biju in cheating case extended

A court here today extended by 14 days the remand of solar panel scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan and Saritha S Nair in a cheating case.

Judicial First Class Magistrate court Rajeevan Vachal extended the remand of the two.

Police here had registered a case and arrested the duo last month for allegedly cheating three retired officials of Rs 1.75 lakh after promising to install a windmill unit.
