Union Minister Alphons Kannanthanam today said 'revolutionary changes' have taken place in the last four years in the country after the BJP government came to power.
The minister stated this after inaugurating central government sponsored development programmes under 'gram swaraj abhiyan' at nearby Venganoor panchayat.
He also said the Centre's achievements have reached the lowest level in society and that the union government was spending more funds for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden.
