RIIL Q1 profit dips by 32 pc to Rs 3 cr

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited today said its standalone net profit declined by 32 per cent to Rs 3.02 crore in the three-month period ended June 30, 2016.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 4.45 crore in the same period a year ago.
Total standalone revenue of the company during the reported period declined by about a per cent to Rs 26.28 crore from Rs 26.56 crore during period under review, RIIL said in a statement.

The income from product transportation service increased marginally to Rs 6.35 crore on year-on-year basis and income from IT support services improved by 5 per cent to Rs 4.75 crore during the period under review.
However, revenue of company declined in hiring construction machineries division from Rs 9.25 crore to Rs 8.79 crore on y-o-y basis.
Shares of RIIL closed at Rs 441.4 a unit, up by 0.28 per cent compared to previous close, at BSE today.
