A bag containing Rs six lakh was looted from a parked vehicle in the city after breaking its window screen today, police said.
A complaint lodged by a Tirupur-based businessman Ramasamy claimed that he had parked his vehicle near Registrar's office to file some documents, police said.
To his shock, he noticed on return that the window screen of the van broken and the bag containing the money missing, police said.
