A court here today granted pre- arrest bail to quota agitation leader Hardik Patel in a case of rioting outside the house of a BJP corporator.
Hardik is one of the 60 accused in the case.
He and seven others had moved the court of additional sessions judge M K Chauhan, seeking pre-arrest bail.

The court granted bail to all of them, with a specific condition for Hardik that he shall not enter the limits of Ramol police station here where the case was registered.
The court asked all the applicants to produce sureties of Rs 20,000 and deposit their passports.
Ramol police registered an FIR on the complaint of BJP corporator from Vastral area, Paresh Patel, that a mob of some 60 people including Hardik created ruckus outside his house and torched a BJP flag last month.
Hardik is already out on bail in two cases of sedition filed against him in Surat and Ahmedabad.
