Russian naval rescue ship Igor Belousov visits Visakhapatnam

Russian naval rescue ship Igor Belousov arrived here today on a four-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command, a Navy release said.
Captain 1st Rank Maksim S Allikin, who is heading a Russian Navy delegation, and Captain 3rd Rank Alexey Nekhodtsev, Commanding Officer of the ship, called on Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet, Rear Admiral S V Bhokare, and Flag Officer Submarines, Rear Admiral Sanjay Mahindru.
The Russian ship will depart on August 6.

Igor Belousov was inducted into the Russian Navy's Pacific Ocean Fleet search-and-rescue force in November 2015.
Its on-board lifesaving equipment include a 700m deep-diving vehicle and two deep-diving submersibles.
