"The Avengers" star Scarlett Johansson has sold her LA residence for a whopping USD 470,000.
The 28-year-old actress owned an apartment in the 'Hollywood Versailles Tower', near the famous Hollywood Boulevard, which she initially bought for USD 372,000 in 2003, reported E! Online.
The "Iron Man 2" actress' designer 1 BHK flat was packaged with luxurious panoramic view and services which included a pool, gym, valet and 24-hour doorman.
Johansson decided to sell the house because she spends most of her time with her French journalist beau Romain Dauriac in Paris and New York.
The actress was keen to sell her LA residence since her spilt from her husband of two years, Ryan Reynolds, in 2010.
