Special CBI judge Sapna Tripathi today sent the Shrawan Sahu murder case to sessions court for trial.
The CBI court directed the accused to appear before the sessions judge on September 21.
All the accused were today produced in the CBI court.

The CBI had on May 9 filed charge sheet against the accused -- Aqil Ansari, Satyam Patel alias Roki, Aman Singh, Ajai Patel, Rohit Mishra and Vivek Verma.
These accused are in jail under judicial custody. They have been charged with murder, conspiracy and destruction of evidence.
Sahu, a trader, was shot dead outside his residence in Bazarkhala area of Lucknow on February 1, 2017, allegedly for pursuing the case of his son's killing by a gangster.
His son Ayush was gunned down in October, 2013 in Thakurganj area allegedly by gangster Aqeel.
Aqeel had allegedly threatened Sahu against following up on the case.
The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court, comprising justices Amreshwar Pratap Sahi and Sanjay Harkauli, had also asked the central agency to probe why no security was given to Sahu.
The probe was transferred to the CBI after the alleged involvement of some policemen surfaced.
