Six sustained burn injury during Muharram procession

Six persons including four children sustained burn injury during a Muharram procession in Pakur district today, police said.

The incident occurred when sparkles during a fire play in the procession hit the victims witnessing the procession, police said.

All the injured were immediately taken to the nearby clinic by a police team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Kaushal Kishore.

The injured were provided first-aid at the clinic, the sources added.
