: Railways have announced that it would speed up the Chennai Egmore-Rameswaram-Chennai Egmore express trains and Chennai Egmore-Jodhpur-Chennai Egmore express trains and convert it to superfast express trains fromOctober 1.
Subsequently, thetrain numbers would be revised and superfast charges collectedfrom the dates mentioned against each train from Oct 1, an official release said here.
However, the Jodhpur-Chennnai Egmore train would have superfast charge fromOct 3, it said.
