Two government school teachers were killed and one injured when a speeding truck hit their stationary car near a village in the district, the police said.
The accident occurred in the Fatehpur police station area.
According to the police, the incident occurred near the Batdanaw village, when the car, which was stationary was hit by the truck.
They three persons in the car were rushed to a nearby hospital where Noranglal and Shivbhagwan, both teachers in a senior secondary school, were declared brought dead, the police said.
The third person, school principal Brahmdatt was injured and is under treatment, officials said.
